Perfect job of replacing Water Heater. Dealing with Jon was a great experience. He efficiently handled quote process without needing to come to house. He explained options and costs perfectly. Cost seemed very competive for a high quality solution. It took nearly all day to get the old water heater out. It was over 34 years old and had never been drained. Made the process to drain it very time consuming. He and his helper did it without complaints. Everything works perfectly with new water heater. Very satisfied.

Johnny saved the day at our house by completely gutting and reinstalling a bad tankless water heater + soft water system install by someone else. He knew immediately what the problem was (why we weren’t getting adequate water pressure and no soft water at all), and also pointed out countless code violations, some of which could have been dangerous if left alone. He thoroughly explained everything and was very professional and patient. When he needed to cut into tile and drywall, he made clean cuts where the tile / drywall could easily be put back and repaired. We felt an immediate difference in our water and hot water pressure after he fixed everything. He also assembled all the visible pipes to the tankless heater in a way that was clean, organized, and you could tell he cared about what he was doing. For any plumbing issues, no matter big or small, he will be on speed dial for us.

One of our water heaters started leaking. Put out the call on Yelp, and got a dozen responses. Some would not quote the job without sending someone out (and charging for that). Some would give me a range of prices, but not commit. Others apparently wanted to retire after this one job as they were 2x the cost of the other estimates I got. Johnny Pipes answered with a firm bid, a better price than anyone else, and not only would replace the tank but also the pan, expansion tank, valves, and anything else needed for code. Oh yeah, we got a commercial grade tank that's going to last longer than anything else we've had installed. They showed up when they said they would, did the job in the time frame they said, and cleaned up afterwards. And the price...exactly what they said it would be. I can't say enough good things about these guys. And it's great to support a local small business. Plumbing is the one trade that I didn't have a "first call" for...I do now!
